Job Description:The Recruitment Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Director, which includes assisting in all aspects of the recruitment process, creating and managing reports, scheduling applicants for interviews, and maintaining records and reports up to date. The person in this position also manages the Student Work Study Program, coordinates and clears volunteers, and clears interns for respective departments/programs throughout the agency.
Responsibilities:DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES ESSENTIAL DUTIES • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Director. • Assist in recruitment as necessary, including scheduling applicants and assisting with background checks, i.e., obtaining personal and employment references. • Assist in maintenance of the Vacancy Reconciliation Report, advertising reports, and other management reports in the absence of the Talent Acquisition Director. • Manage the Student Work Study Program including contacting the respective college, coordinate with worksite, properly instruct/prepare the work study students, and track and approve their work hours. • Conduct background checks on the work study students accordingly. • Coordinate and clear volunteers accordingly and create/maintain volunteer tracking reports up to date. • Clear all agency Interns for respective departments/programs and create/maintain tracking reports up to date. • Meet with Talent Acquisition Director on a regular basis for the purposes of clarifying issues and procedures. • Work with Talent Acquisition Director to streamline the hiring process and orientations. • Attend the Talent Acquisition Meeting. • Create and manage recruitment reports as needed. • Assist with preparations for job fairs and participate in job fairs if necessary. • Ensure that forms/materials for the use of the recruitment team are readily available, and all copies are legible. • Maintain the recruitment filing system. NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES • Perform other duties as assigned. • Backup for Recruiters as needed.
Qualifications:• High School diploma required. • Minimum of two years’ experience working in Human Resources. • Strong computer experience including Microsoft Word and Excel required. Advanced Excel experience preferred.

Hourly Wage:$19.78
