Job Description:The Energy Efficiency Program - Administrative Assistant will assist our full-time office staff. This position will work roughly 35-40 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities:This position includes the following but is not limited to: ● Assist office staff with processing paperwork for installations. ● Assist with confirming appointments on the auditors calendar. ● Help prepare sales and marketing materials pertinent to our field ● Assist with typical office workflow; ie. copies, data entry, filings, etc. ● Occasionally run miscellaneous errands for the office staff; ie Staples, Target, etc. ● Learn and assist with uploading documents and applications to the NYSERDA portal. ● Assist in collecting information from potential clients at Trade Shows. 1-2 times per year.
Qualifications:● Technical writing skills. ● Strong organizational skills. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and meet multiple deadlines. ● Expertise in Microsoft Office & Google Suite. Energy Modeling experience is a plus! ● Must be eligible to work in the United States as a Permanent Resident or U.S. Citizen.

Hourly:$17.00 per hour
