Job description:Palisades Center is among the most dynamic and successful retail projects in the nation. With over two million square feet of gross leasable area and nearly 300 tenants, it is also one of the largest enclosed shopping, dining, and entertainment venues in the nation. Duties and Responsibilities Admin Assistant Duties: - Provides Administrative support to the entire management team. Works closely with Office Manager. - Team player with strong organizational and communication skills. - You must be diligent, highly organized, attentive to detail, and must consistently follow tasks through to completion. - Process daily A/P (Research PO log, process all incoming invoices through Yardi.) - Maintain vendor files, w-9 vendor maintenance. - Responsible for monthly petty cash reconciliation. - Maintains various logs: Purchase Order, Tenant Database, Emergency contacts list, UPS Incoming/outgoing packages. - Ensure maintenance of reception area orderliness and cleanliness. - Ensure inventory kept of all supplies; ensure timely ordering of needed supplies. Place order for supplies online via W.B. Mason. - Assist in any other administration and ad hoc projects as needed. Receptionist Duties - Answers incoming telephone calls, directs calls to appropriate person or department. - Takes message when necessary and sees to the appropriate distribution of all messages. - Greets visitors/customers who enter the office in an efficient, friendly, and courteous manner and ensures that their requests are handled in a timely manner. - Sorts and distributes all incoming mail. - Receive and record all tenant rent checks. - Maintain office Equipment: copier and office supplies. - Must be able to multi-task and communicate clearly, comprehensively and with integrity - Able to perform some physical duties, including lifting more than 20 lbs. if needed. Work Days/Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Hours Per Week: 40 Hours

Qualifications:• College Degree required • One-to-Three-year administrative experience, AP, AR, Payroll
Skills:• Highly proficient in Office 97, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Yardi, DocuShare. • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Strong organization skills • Self-sufficient, Reliable, and dependable/excellent written and verbal communications skills
