| Job Description: | As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will provide prevocational, respite, supported employment, care giver/ family support and community and self-advocacy services as well as community habilitation services. We have several per diem opportunities in the LHV and NYC region. The role requires travel and providing home and community based services to children & families enrolled in Abbott House's Managed Care Program. | Qualifications: | "High School diploma required for Respite. Associates degree required for Prevocational, Supported Employment Services. Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years’ experience required or master’s degree with 1 year of experience for Community Self-Advocacy Training and Support. Master's Degree required for Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Other Licensed Professional, Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment. " |
| Skills: | Above Degree/Education Required. In addition, a Valid Driver's License and Car are required. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. |
