Job Description: | "This position is responsible for internal auditing and maintenance of the individual’s record through the Precision Care electronic system. In conjunction with the Quality Improvement and Program Coordinator for SPDD is responsible for: -Ensuring that the Life Plan has been received by the agency and uploaded into Precision Care. Verifies that the -Life Plan accurately describes all the services being provided to an individual. -Tracking due dates for the Life Plan and Staff Action Plans. -Ensuring completion of the Monthly Review Notes. -Tracking the Staff Action Plan distribution to Care Coordinators. -Ensuring and tracking annual Level of Care. -This person will ensure the program is in compliance with agency policies and regulations from NYS OPWDD and OMIG. They will also manage the accuracy of all data utilized for billing and funding reports. This position is located in Irvington, NY. Qualification: | "Bachelor’s degree required. Experience with OPWDD system preferred. " |
