|Job Description:||Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Answer inbound calls in a professional manner and set appointments for prospective clients. Manage a high volume of customer inbound calls and re-route to the appropriate team member. Identify customer needs and resolve concerns. Log customer information into the dealerships computer database and follow up accordingly. Maintain professional appearance at all times Identify strategies to improve customer service process and customer satisfaction Ad hoc duties as assigned|
