Job Description:"THIS POSITION HAS A $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS The Caregiver/CSAT service worker will provide children with developmental, physical and/or behavioral health disabilities with activities that will assist them to integrate in community events. This position will interact and engage with family/caregivers and children/youth to offer educational, advocacy and support resources to develop family/caregiver’s ability to independently access community series and activities. It will help maintain and encourage the caregivers’/families’ self-sufficiency in caring for the child/youth in the home and community."
Qualification:A High school diploma, high school equivalency, or A State Education Commencement Credential (SACC) or Career Development and Occupational Studies Credential (CDOS) is required. 1-year experience working with children/youth in foster care or in a Children’s Mental Health Program or related human service experience, and a valid NYS driver's license is required. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
