| Job Description: | "THIS POSITION HAS A $2,500 SIGN-ON BONUS The Case Worker for the Supported Housing program will manage assigned caseload of Supported Housing recipients. He/she will also develop and promote appropriate services for all clients/tenants. Providing recipients with information about support services and assistance is a crucial part of this job. He/she ensures that services are carried out in accordance with established protocols. " |
| Qualification: | A Bachelors Degree in Human Services, or to be licensed as a Registered Nurse, or to be licensed or certified in a mental health discipline is required for this role. One (1) year of experience working with the mentally ill and/or mentally challenged, and a valid NYS Drivers License is required for this position. |
