Job Description: | The Children and Adolescent Life Skills Worker, also known as Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Worker, will use rehabilitation interventions individualized, collaborative, hands-on training to build developmentally appropriate skills for child/youth in care. The services provided will restore, rehabilitate, and support a child’s/youth’s developmentally appropriate functioning as necessary for the integration of the child/youth as an active and productive member of their family and community with the goal of achieving minimal on-going professional intervention. Qualifications: | EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma, high school equivalency preferred, or state Education Commencement Credential with a minimum of three years experience in children mental health, addiction and or foster care OR A Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related human services OR A Master's degree in social work, psychology or related human services. |
