Job Description:"Job Description Abbott House is seeking a Contract Fiscal Clerk to join the Financial Services team. In this role you will be support the Fiscal department with all functions related to the fiscal administration of all state contracts. About Abbott House Abbott House is an innovative community-based organization that helps children, families, adults and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities with complex needs build lasting foundations for a promising future. We operate programs in the New York Metropolitan area and Hudson Valley. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the fiscal team Gather and prepare relevant contract information required to be submitted both internally and to outside relevant parties. Qualification:"About You You are the ideal candidate if you have an interest in financial services and want to be part of a great organization. Being detailed oriented, organized, flexible and responsive are critical attributes to be successful in this role. You have at least an Associate’s degree. A bachelor’s in accounting, finance or business is highly preferred. You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting preferably in the not-for-profit sector You have experience with General ledger functions You have good written and oral communication skills You have excellent analytical skills You have strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills necessary You have an Intermediate level knowledge of Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office products You have knowledge of accounting software and systems, Preferably MAS200"
