| Job Description: | "THIS POSITION HAS A $3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR FULL TIME AND $1,500 FOR PART TIME POSITIONS. The Direct Support Professional (DSP) for the Developmental Disabilities (DD) program, will have knowledge of Individual Habilitation Plans, Core Competencies. The position requires constant supervision and observation of individuals, assist in maintaining cleanliness of the residence, and serve as a role model and advocate. Mandatory overtime is required. Driving is also mandatory and a valid, non-restricted driver license is required for this position. Direct Support Professionals must be awake during the entire shift. Sleeping on the job is prohibited." |
| Qualification: | A High School Diploma and a valid, non-restricted driver’s license required. Related work experience preferred not required. |
