| Job Description: | "• Appropriately assist clients with personal care activities and provide companionship tasks in accordance with the care plan. • Appropriately assist with household tasks directly related to the client’s health and in accordance with the care plan. • Accurately measure and record temperatures, pulse, respiration and blood pressure. • Utilize equipment in an appropriate and safe manner. • Perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy services. • Remind client for self-administration of medication. • Document services provided accurately. • Report any changes in the client’s condition or incidents immediately." |
