Job Description:This position includes the following but is not limited to: ● Capture quality images via photographs on job site used for our social media pages ● Identify quality material to be used for our social media sites ● Support office maintenance efforts, basic office cleanliness. ● Assist with creating client folders ● Assist with ordering & restocking supplies throughout the office. ● Carry out clerical duties such as filing, copying, and printing. ● Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures. ● Assist with paperwork submission to various Programs. ● Assisting with administrative processes and creating new entries in our online database.
REQUIREMENTS :Strong Social Media(IG, Facebook) experience, preferably at a previous business. ● Strong organizational skills and the ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks with multiple deadlines. ● Excellent verbal communication, writing, and editing skills with strong attention to detail. ● Excellent computer skills with a high level of proficiency in Excel, Word & Gmail Platform. ● Ability to work independently or in a team environment. ● You will be using the Google Platform. You must be reliable, energetic, and friendly!
Job Type:Part Time (Flexible Hours)
Compensation:Commensurate with Experience
