Making appointments, verifying medical insurance coverage and reviewing patient fees. Navigating the electronic medical record. Screening and managing electronic documents in the EMR. |
| Necessary Qualifications: | High School Diploma or equivalent required. Medical Office Administration Certificate preferred. Medical Assistant Certificate preferred. |
| Necessary Skills: | Strong ability to use computers for various tasks, phone and organization skills required. Past customer service experience, knowledge of electronic medical record systems and/or medical terminology preferred. Past experience in a medical/healthcare setting favorably considered but not required. |
