| Job Description: | Front and back office responsibilities- private medical office. Office visit intake, vital signs, EKG, some phlebotomy and specimen handling. Navigating the electronic medical record. Screening and managing electronic documents in the EMR. Managing referrals and authorizations. Handling medical record requests. |
| Qualifications: | High School Diploma or equivalent required. Medical Assistant Certified or eligible. |
| Skills: | Strong ability to use computers for various tasks, phone and organization skills required. Past customer service experience, knowledge of electronic medical record systems and/or medical terminology. Phlebotomy experience preferred. Past experience in a medical/healthcare setting favorably considered but not required. |
| Certifications: | Medical Assistant Certified or eligible. |
| Salary: | Commensurate with experience |
