Job Description: | The person in this position will monitor, evaluate, and record training activities and program effectiveness for the Developmental Disabilities programs, particularly, but not limited to, Goshen and Rockland programs, the 853 school and assigned Support departments. He/She will design, plan, organize and direct new employees’ orientation and training for employees as well as conduct training workshops on selected topics, such as Infection Control, First Aid/CPR and SCIP-R. The individual must be able to think “out-side-the-box”, be creative and innovative in order to drive continuous improvement in organizational development and learning. |
Qualifications: | Bachelor’s degree required |
Skills: | "At least 2 years related training experience required. Experience in Human Services field preferred." |
Certifications: | SCIP-R certification along with certification in Adult/Child CPR and First Aid preferred |
Anticipated Start Date: | 1/3/2023 |
Job Type: | Full Time |
Salary: | $55,000-$60,000 |
