| Job Description: | We are looking for candidates for pre-apprentice for 6 months after which they will convert as a FTE and receive a raise and start the educational programming while working. The ideal candidate is someone coming from a Technical or trade school with a desire to become an electrician. Someone from any type of labor or construction background would also be a fit. Work will consist of pre-fabricating hardware and materials, warehousing logistics, deliveries, occasionally helping in the field, cleaning, and may include task not related to a traditional apprenticeship role such as shoveling snow at times. |
