Job Description:Duties may include: •Maintain arts calendar on website and weekly events newsletter. Update program information (upcoming workshops, exhibits, grant opportunities) on website •Maintain donor and sponsor lists, send acknowledgement letters. Update database and pull membership reports •Draft communications to members (eblasts, mailings) and respond to information requests (phone, email) • Logistics support and event coordination for new art exhibits, Arts Awards gala and other events • Attend meetings and provide support for art programs’ execution • Scheduling meetings (internal, external) • Other duties as needed, to support Executive Director and smooth running of the organization
Salary:$17-$20 per hour
Schedule:Flexible up to 20 hours
Requirements:• Effective computer skills with some Microsoft Office Suite experience • Fluency with social media and conducting web research • Customer-focused. Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Attention-to-detail and very well organized, with proven ability to problem solve and multi-task. • Primarily work remotely, but availability for in-person meetings and onsite programs, when needed • Offering a Flexible schedule, but must be available on some nights and weekends • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
