| Job Description: | Abbott House is seeking an experienced Quality Improvement Coordinator to join our Quality Improvement team. In this role you will work with all of the SPDD residential and day habilitation staff to collect data and use evidence to develop measurable goals for program improvement using a Continuous Quality Improvement approach. This person will also ensure programs’ compliance w/agency policies and government regulations from NYS OPWDD and OMIG. | Qualification: | "Bachelor's Degree Required with 3-5 years of experience. Experience with OPWDD systems preferred. But me flexible with work hours." |
| Skills: | Proficiency in core competencies is important, including: data collection, assessment, collaborative problem solving, facilitation, written communication, and strategic planning. Strong Microsoft Excel skills required. |
