| Job description: | GENERAL SUMMARY The Bilingual Social Worker provides regularly scheduled I.E.P. mandated counseling services for students and acts as the communication liaison between home and school for families. Works as part of a team to provide the appropriate services the child, family and staff needs. |
| Qualifications: | Master’s Degree in Social Work and at least one (1) year counseling experience with children and families. |
| Skills: | DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide I.E.P. mandated services to the students and families Serve as member of the interdisciplinary team and provide ongoing clinical consultation with staff Takes an active part in Annual Review process with district C.S.E.’s through written reports, recommendations and presentations Intervenes in crisis situations as needed Communicates with agencies and professionals concerning students on caseload |
| Hourly wage or salary: | $44,280-$55,280 |
