We are an entrepreneurial, forward thinking organization and a top tier company in our field. We are currently accepting applications for the position of Specialty Leasing Representative for locations throughout our portfolio.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• Maintain all Specialty Leasing administrative paperwork and correspondence. • Assist Specialty Leasing staff in preparation and distribution of all License Agreements. • Assist Specialty Leasing Representatives in rent collections. • Collect sales reports, insurance certificates, and HVAC agreement from tenants. • Act as liaison between Building Inspectors and Center for specialty permits as necessary. • Negotiate storage agreement with tenants. • Track and organize all tenant files. • Other duties as specified by Specialty Leasing Director.
QUALIFICATIONS:• Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite • An enthusiastic and driven personality • Good interpersonal skills
EDUCATION REQUIRED:An Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications or equivalent education or experience
