| Job Description: | "Job Description Abbott House is seeking an experienced Unit Administrator to join the Group Homes management team. In this role you will be responsible for Overseeing the function of the treatment team to facilitate the assessment and treatment process. You will coordinate and supervise staff responsible for the delivery of treatment plans and services to youth and those who support them. About Abbott House Abbott House is an innovative community-based organization that helps children, families, adults, and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities with complex needs build lasting foundations for a promising future. We operate programs in the New York Metropolitan area and Hudson Valley. Key Responsibilities Supervise childcare supervisors/residence managers and social workers. Review and approve all budget submissions and purchase requisitions by the residence managers/childcare supervisors. Chair treatment team meetings and service plan reviews. Reviews all social work documentation and monitors for compliance. Ensure the proper development and implementation of service plans which address the essential mental health and behavioral goals and objectives of a youth. Oversees the process of proper internal, county, education, and state required documentation and paperwork associated with all the youngsters in the program.
