The Youth Connections Work Readiness Bootcamp helps young adults with barriers to education and employment build the skills needed to gain meaningful employment.
Are you between the ages of 18-24* and looking to gain work experience?
The 4-week Work Readiness Bootcamp offers the following services to eligible participants – FREE OF CHARGE:
- Work readiness and career interest survey
- National Retail Federation Customer Service and Sales credential
- Resume development, interview skills, and other ‘soft skills’ training
- College/Career exploration
Upon successful completion, candidates qualify for a three-month PAID internship. Previous employers have included: Haverstraw King’s Daughters Library, Nyack Medical Care PC, Gardens at Palisades, Low-Tor Quick Lube, Childcare Resources of Rockland, Good Gaming Lounge, and many more!
